We'll make it easier for you by highlighting five Dalmatian national parks that are well worth a visit.

That's not all, we'll also make it easier for you to get there with our rent-a-car or rent-a-boat services!

Krka

Krka National Park is a karst phenomenon known for its large number of lakes and waterfalls. Seven magnificent travertine waterfalls are considered by many to be the most beautiful blue lines of the Dalmatian karst. The greenery in all tones and the noisy blue joy of the water rich in endemic species are simply stunning. For those eager for history, there is a prehistoric site, an attractive Ozidjana cave with traces of human presence dating back in the Neolithic era. Kilometers of hiking trails and many vistas will bring you closer to this wonder of nature and leave you breathless, just as it leaves thousands of other visitors every year, making Krka the most visited of all these Dalmatian national parks and second most visited national park in Croatia for a reason. The easiest way to get there is by car, for which our rent-a-car service is at your disposal.

Kornati

Kornati are the stone pearls of the Mediterranean. Legend has it that these 89 islands, islets and cliffs were made from the white rocks that remained after God's creation of the world. He threw them into the sea, looked at them and realized there was nothing to fix. For boaters, this water area is both a challenge and a safe shelter from the bad weather, so it is always riddled with sails. The islands are full of dry walls, patiently built monuments of man's hard work, skills and coexistence with nature. The view of the Kornati islands is impressive from all sides and definitely something worth experiencing. Get to Kornati in a rented boat and enjoy the unique scenery of the most indented island group of the Mediterranean.

Biokovo

If stunning scenery is what you're looking for, you are in for a treat at Biokovo. Biokovo is a mountain that emerges from the sea, offering unforgettable panoramic views of the sea and islands from its peaks and viewpoints. In addition to its imposing height, the mountain has unprecedented depths, abounding in hundreds of pits, caves and limestone pavements. The phenomenon of ice pits that hide eternal ice and snow is particularly interesting part of the highest of all Dalmatian national parks.

The mountain is an exceptional lure for experienced hikers, for everyone else it is recommended to reach the top by a car. The views are beautiful but so is the peace and tranquility of the mountains themselves, best experienced if you take a walk. We're sure you'll enjoy a unique sight of wild horses grazing and enjoying their freedom!

Island of Mljet

Mljet National Park is the oldest of all Dalmatian national parks, covering the western part of one of its most alluring islands, full of lush Mediterranean vegetation. If you want a paradise away from the overcrowded tourist centers and to enjoy the untouched nature, explore rich forests and cultural heritage dating way back to ancient times of Illyrians and Romans, Mljet is the place to be. It includes two deep lakes, aptly named Great Lake and Small Lake, at which you can take a swim or paddle around them. The entire island is intersected by hiking trails, so be sure to explore as much of Mljet as you can by walk or bike. This is also the best way to truly experience the beauty of the island, which, according to the legend, enchanted the Greek Odyssey. One of island's cave is still named by him, and the island itself is sometimes also called the Odyssey Island.

Paklenica

We have a perfect destination for those of you looking for an adventure! Paklenica National Park is a true magnet for rock climbers and hikers. It's the most visited climbing site in Croatia and the largest in Southeast Europe, offering stunning scenery with plenty of breathtaking vistas. You don't need to be an experienced climber to enjoy this beauty though, because hiking is the best way to get to know the park, with hundreds of kilometers of trails and paths at your disposal. Paklenica is a place of captivating legends, forests protected by UNESCO and lively spirit of Winnetou movies!
